Terrible service at Nedbank MFC/AVO - where can I get help about selling my bank owned car?

I have financial challenges and cannot afford to pay for my car installments. I went to Motus Nissan at Tygervalley, Cape Town on 28 April 2024 to ask them to take the car back so that I can make arrangements to pay for any shortfall, but they said they are not buying cars at the moment and I should try We Buy Cars. I went and got offers (valid for 7 days), but at We Buy Cars and Get Worth they needed the bank confirmation before proceeding as the settlement amount is more than the offer amount. I contacted Nedbank MFC and was asked to email the quotations to *** On making a follow up I was told to email all the information including a letter acknowledging the remaining debt to ***. On making a further follow up I was told to email all the information to ***ca. Every time I contact the bank on their online numbers, I get a new email to send the information to, with the promise that someone will get back to me. Now the 7 days that I got from the We Buy Cars and Get Worth is lapsing today (07 May 2024) and I still have not heard anything from the bank. I need to proceed with the sale of the car. Where else should I get help?
