Terrible service at Nedbank for credit card.

I app**** for a credit card on Thursday, 25 January 2024. It was approved, but for some extremely strange reason, never activated.

I called, dozens of times over the last 4 months to try and figure out what is wrong and why it hasn't been activated, as I was told it was supposed to activated the very next day. Every consultant has been giving me the run around and passing me off to someone else. No one from Nedbank has emailed me back about this. I am honestly quite angry and need answers at this point. I also find it extremely questionable that the bank would only give me the credit card at 22.25% interest?????????? That needs to be rectified Nedbank, no way!?!?
