Terrible Service At Nedbank

I tried to phone the Oudtshoorn local branch and ended up at a National call centre. we are trying now for 5 months just to change signatories, have sent the extractions from the exec minutes but the bank seems to change their policies monthly.

When the employee eventually answered my call after 5 minutes of hanging on I requested to speak to the branch manager which he seems not to know.

He just dropped the phone in my ears disrespectfully without any sense of customer care.
