Terrible service at Nedbank , Evaton Mall

Morning, I had bad experience with Nedbank branch in Evaton Mall, On the 16th October 2019 at around 17: 50, I deposited money on the ATM and while the deposit was processing it showed technical problem and a receipt comes out, with the message saying" that they can't confirm my deposit due to possible technical error and the cash will be retained" The following day, 17th I went to the same branch , I was told that they are offline, the 18th again I went, the very same problem, On Saturday again offline and they send me to Thabong branch which is 10km away. Upon reaching Thabong , again they are offline. I ask myself hw a big bank like Nedbank , can be offline for 3 consecutive days. I found their service soo pathetic. Even now I am not sure whether my deposit is safe or not.
