Terrible service at Nedbank

This is the worst bank EVER!!! I did the most stupid thing in opening an account with them. In 2 months I had to be RICA 3 times, every time your accounts are being blanked out and then they tell you it is Home Affairs, which I confirmed is not the case. Google FICA and Nedbank...mind boggling If you address it with them the nonsense you get fed not even a person with a IQ of 2 will believe. Nobody phones you or reply back. Then when they eventually lift the "suspension" they only do it on 1 account, so you have to go through the same process over and over. Their service is the worst, especially the N1 City Branch. Bottom line if you feel a urge to open an account with them, please consult a psychologist When you lodge a complaint via their website, you do not get a reference number
