Terrible Service at Kempton Park Branch

<p>The service at Nedbank, West Street branch is pathetic. Went to the bank on 2 consecutive days requesting and was so disappointed. The tellers are very slow and one of them chose to serve a Shoprite employee who happens to be a friend who just walked in and went straight to the front. The teller was about to serve a pregnant woman and told her to wait so she could assist her friend whilst some of us had been in the queue for over 30mins. Please management, may you please improve your services at Nedbank. We are still your loyal clients.</p>
