Terrible service and not receiving services that I am paying for.

Pathetic service with most things. The main issue I have at the moment is that I have been to a branch twice to sort out an issue with my Greenbacks balance staying at zero even though I have been paying a Greenbacks fee for like 2 years now and every time I try to speak to someone about it, they either hang up on me or they just try transfer me around until I hit a dead line. I am really frustrated with their lack of enthusiasm to help their customers and I am genuinely planning on moving to a different back now.
