Terrible Service and NO Feedback

On the 23/07 I app**** for a credit card - received feedback on the 04/08 which I was allowed to contest. Since then I have had no feedback. Called the call centre and spoke to Thabiso, who was helpful for a short while, then stopped all contact with me. How long does an approval take? Such bad service truly. Reference ***. Your site does not even allow me to track the progress of this application
