Terrible service and delayed Refund - 3 Month wait

I cannot say that using the AVO Travel from Nedbank is something I would rush into doing again ever in my life. I booked tickets to go to the US in November of 2024, fully refundable tickets as I paid the extra amount to make sure for incase I was unable to go to the States for whatever reason. I had to cancel these tickets in February of this year, the 10th of February to be exact. I followed up with them every second or third day and I would get no proper feedback from them. At some point I was told that they were not even sure who had my refund? United or Nedbank. 3 months go by of endless calls and emails from my side to get some sort of answer to FINALLY get my refund. I was so disappointed with the serviced received by AVO travel and will not be booking my flights through them ever again and I would not recommend anyone else does.
