Terrible service

Nedbank branch in marble hall is really disgusting. I have spent hours waiting for assistance while there's only 2 tellers in operational and mind you, the tellers and enquiries uses same consultants in this bank. There's only 5 clients in front of me but we all have been stuck on this reticulous bank. It doesn't seem it worries them at all. What a terrible service
