Terrible Service

I came to Nedbank Clearwater to make a Forex deposit into my non-resident account (ticket F003). While waiting to be served I overhear the teller asking her colleagues how a non-resident deposit is made, a few minutes later a gentleman comes to me and says I will have to wait an hour to be served as there is a bulk deposit when it is blatant that she is free. He gentleman tells me to go to West Gate mall to be served and upon asking if no-one else can assist he confirms no-one can help me. After receiving exceptional service all the time I believe this is pathetic and lazy behaviour from the tellers. If this is the way of "Making things happen" things are definitely happening in the wrong direction.
