Terrible service

I have taken a loan with them. I have been in contact throughout the month to ensure they have the correct debit date so I make sure there are funds in my account. They double debited me and when I told them they responded that I will not be getting my money back. We work so hard for our money then you get institutions like this that just decide they will take more than they supposed to and there is nothing you can do about it. During a lockdown? Disgusting!
