Terrible service

Very disappointing service received from Nedbank did a send imali payment of R5000 on the 10/09/2021 recipient couldn’t withdraw the money had to go to the ATM and withdraw the funds as it was urgently required by the recipient. Phoned the Nedbank contact center and the agent advised that the funds will be credited back into my account after 30 days can you believe it 30 days but on the app it says if the recipient doesn’t withdraw within 2 days they will return funds in 2 days I was told there is nothing they can do I have to wait, today is the 32nd day funds are still not credited into my account. Pathetic service I must now do the run around of calling the bank again.
