Terrible service

I have been attempting to resolve a very simply query since last week on Friday. I have called into the client care number repeatedly and have been told three times that Akona is assisting me with this query and that I will be called back when she is back from lunch, or off of the phone with the client that she is helping. I have still not been assisted with this query. I spoke to Akona for 15 minutes on Tuesday and never heard back from her. She promised to call me. I called in after that and was once again promised that she will be in touch. I also informed Ncuthuko Dlamini, who spoke to me earlier today, that if I have not heard from Akona and had my query resolved by 2pm today, that I would be placing a complaint here.
