Terrible service

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the service I have received from Nedbank in connection with my request for a letter confirming the status of my previous debt and whether the debt has prescribed.

I have made repeated attempts to obtain the necessary documentation and assistance from Nedbank. Unfortunately, I have not received the level of assistance or communication I reasonably expect from a financial institution.
