Terrible Service!

I have a personal loan with Nedbank, I was retrenched in April and they accepted my retrenchment and have been paying my installments since April. I received my Uif payment and Nedbank then deducted the money and have been giving me the run around for my refund. I was told it would take 24 hours to get the money back then 48 hours now 5 days. I am unemployed and I need the money urgently. This is such unprofessional behavior for such a well recognized institution.
