Terrible service
Pathetic service .my account had been placed on hold by the legal department without any notification. I spend over 2 and 1/2 hours in the branch and been send from pillar yo post with no joy
I want all my money from Nedbank and I want to close all my account.
I have been a loyal customer for more than 9 years and this is how I being treated

31 Mar 2023, 05:51Still terrible pathetic service I want close all my accounts .they have placed a hold on my account for no reason.then they unlock the hold but my funds in my one account is not reflecting. I have requested that my 32 day account be closed and all my money be paid into my account that still did not happen.
Nedbank pls teach your employees how to do their job .you will loose alot of customers
I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK INTO THE ACCOUNT AND I WANT A DETAILED STATEMENT SHOWING WHAT THE HELL NEDBANK DID MESSING IN MY ACCOUNT.
