Terrible Service

Nedbank Insurance department is sooo disappointing and have no consideration for their clients

I went to the Newtown office to get assistance with cancellations of the home loan insurance but instead been taken from piller to post I arrived at 11:30 firstly the reception lady was not helpful at all I was told the department who are going to help are not in I must come back tomorrow I also advise I am with an elderly person who is not well but with no empathy was told nothing they can do Sat there till 1:30 with no assistance

This is quite sad how nedbank has no regard for its clients
