Terrible service

I sent R450 to my cellphone number while I was standing next to the ATM and when I tried withdrawing the money the ATM showed a message that my OTP has expired and was not even more done 5 minutes after I have received the SMS. I called the support number and the agent asked me questions and then she told me that the number I have given her is not the one on the system... this account was opened last year with my 079 number and the Cell C number that she is telling me about I have no idea how I can open an account then a number that I do not know about being on my account and I haven't used the cellphone number in years, while she was telling me about this number and not resolving my issue my airtime ran out and did not get a callback. I then tried the chat platform on the app and I was advised to reboot my phone and request another OTP number and still received a message that my OTP has expired after I requested the OTP while I was standing at the ATM, I called again and was advised to go back again and try again but now I have run out of airtime because I had to call them, I borrowed money so that I will have airtime to request another OTP but it still did not work like I literally requested an OTP while I was standing at the ATM but it told me OTP has expired

I could not go to work today because of this and could not buy food because of this.
