Terrible service

Good day

I must say it has been the worst week of my life and that banking with Nedbank has changed from being Hero bank to Zero bank. I got paid on Friday and Nedbank decided to block my account due to saying it was owed and the overdraft was over with a R100 understandably so then why still close my account when I always pay at the end of the month when my salary is paid.

I am so highly inconvenienced , I had to borrow extra money to give my kids for school and my wife for work and also use the R1000 they transferred on saturday which was the most I could get until everything was paid on Monday which is still not done.

I am highly irritated and disappointed as my money is still held hostage by Nedbank after they have opened a new account to transfer my funds.

Can all this be resolved asap today before business closes please, I do not owe you , I need my money asap.
