Terrible Service

I'm a Nedbank client an I'm very very dissatisfied with Nedbank Groblersdal, we have been to this branch 3 times with absolutely no help , as we speak they're are in possession of all required documents but because acc was block by another branch, they can't uplift the block.. can this be resolved urgently as I have to travel 367k's to be in the branch physically, no regards for customers what so ever, who is to re-emburse me of my petrol
