Terrible service

Been waiting for months for a response from Nedbank regarding a deceased payment. After numerous emails finally received a response that the deceased doesn't have any accounts with Nedbank after querying this again no response. Deceased had a savings and investment account her will was also done at Nebank now that we want to know when the deceased payment will be made they tell us there's nothing. Will take this further because Nedbank has not been forthcoming
