terrible service

The service at Nedbank collections department is very Terible, i called in on the 21/06/2018 for them to debit my acc on the 22nd because i got paid early till today the debit has not gone through, apparently i requested for the debit order to be cancelled. The agents are very rude and the keep you on hold for more than 20 mins to try and resolve the query. The team leaders are not willing to speak me, Mandla to be specific...i want this to be resolved asap its an convenience in my life ...
