Terrible service

<p>My father Petrus Nyathi was at your Nedbank branch at the newly opened Alex Mall.He was very disappointed with the level of service while waiting in line. The teller was new and asked for help of the team leader who was very rude to her and unwilling to help her right in front of the customers. He even posted about on his Facebook page......please read it. This really paints a bad picture for the customer and says a lot about the kind of service we can expect to receive........ Please address this matter urgently</p>
