Terrible service

<p>So i didnt want to actually be with nedbank however my husband is with them and we wanted to open a joint account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I app**** at nedbank mimosa mall and was treated quit badly by the lady at teller 6 i then was helped further by the lady at cubicle 15 who was wonderful.</p> <p> </p> <p>I went back to collect my card and as true as god ended up at teller 6 i however put a smile on my face and tried to forgot her bad attitude the last time however it seems she hates her job and takes it out on your customers!!! I am a new customer of nedbank with two terrble experiences and to top it off they didnt even spell my surname right on my card and that rude lady didnt even want to help me fix it. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ivr been with capitec and ive never had any issues with them for a bank that everyone calls low class their service is unbelievably great and nedbank is terrible i hope u sort this out as im cutting my card up and spreading the word of your bad service.</p>
