Terrible service

I am very disappointed by the service that i have received from MFC, i have sent several emails requesting to make payment arrangements but they couldnt help, we tried to talk over the phone but they are refusing to agree on my possible date i am very sure that i will have money to pay, they are forcing me to pay before the 15 of every month, i told them is not possible for me to pay on the date because i wont be having money, i can only manage meet my commitment on the month end of every month but they are refusing, this is kind of bullying because it doesnt seem like a payment arrangement if i will be instructed while i know i wont be having money. This company is becoming is unprofessional, simply mean they dont do payment, it is very wrong, i need the whole world know that MFC are bullying and they do not payment arrangements even when you have financial problems, their customer care agents are behaving like they are not living in this world, they behave like they dont know what is financial problems. i will never recomend anyone to use their their service, they have unfair treatment towards their customers.
