Terrible service

<p>I have never had such bad service, I literally have all my policies with nedbank, from home owners, to content to vehicle. I litterally have to chase up on every single thing and have assesors saying they have never been instructed to come out and nedbank saying another thing. Do you guys not value your clients or want the bussiness. I am so frustrated with how everthing has been handled.</p>
