Terrible Service

Absolutely terrible service at Nedbank mall of africa. Front desk gives me a ticket number yet the system is not working. The ladies came and grabbed whoever they like to serve and never enquired about my number. Waited over half an hour collect my card yet I was waiting alone when I came. The attitude of your staff here really sucks!!!
