Terrible service

Got the at most worst service today from nedbank Cavendish in Cape Town I had a query which was not resolve at all upon coming to the branch itself today team leader tasneem was so I don't care attitude to actually help me as a client upon coming back to the bank later to be help with another query I am waiting already 30 minutes cause only this particular consultant needs to help me cause she did the original transactions what terrible terrible service
