Terrible service

<p>I have written a review about Nedbank about a week ago in regards to a gentlemen that cannot resolve my issues 1st hand, so that to me gave me an indication that Nedbank does not have 1st line resolution , now I have app**** for a credit card and was told they will get back to me , same branch at Carlswald, I was assisted by a person by the surname of Mojapelo , she then went on leave andd when she came back I called her again and she said she hadnt checked but she will and get back to me , 3 weeks later she still has not and even if it was declined I would have appreciated the feedback as promised , I have decided to close my account because clearly i cannot be helped especially at the Carlswald branch being the one very close to where i stay and convinient to me.</p> <p>I will just move to another bank that will appreciate me and what I will be bringing to them.</p>
