Terrible Service

<p>Good Day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I'd Just like to bring it to NedBanks attention that I am Greatly discussed in their customer service. </p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly I'd like to thank Nedbank for NOT following up with me and getting back to me after our last disgussion 4 MONTHS AGO!!</p> <p>Nedbank as a whole is a disgrace and a HUGE JOKE along with their *********** staff. I have done nothing but battel and I have being pushed from pillar to post for a end result of having my time and more of my money waisted.</p> <p> </p> <p>I didnt realise I was asking for so much for NedBank who I leave in charge of looking after my money to help find my my money that has being LOST!! If it is so much of a problem I am very sure my personal banker is equip for moving my account over to either FNB or Standard Bank and maybe they could be a better choice in firstly not loosing my money but secondly being more then happy and efficient in helping get it back. </p> <p> </p> <p>It would be so very nice to have piece of mind knowing my money is safe and it would be nice to have piece of mind knowing that in a case like this my bank would be on the ball and ready to tackle the problem, I guess my expectations and standards are far to high for Nedbanks promises and false advertising.</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust ill be reciving a reply in the next 4 Months again, because thats how long it takes for Nedbank to pull their fingers out of their asses?</p>
