Terrible service

I logged a case with Nedbank for 5 months now and I have not received feedback from them. At 1st I was told to communicate with Bavani Govender then Nicholas. I emailed Nicholas to get feedback and he sent me back to Bavani. I have been calling Bavani for weeks now and I can't get hold of her. I have been banking with u for over 20yrs the least u can do is to give me proper service after what I've been through...
