Terrible Service

I went to Nedbank (Waterfall Mall Rustenburg) this morning to get a stamp. What should not have take longer than 2 to 5 minutes became 1 hour. And this is not an isolated incident. Many people complain about their service but it seems that you are not important to them at all if you don't have an account with them.
