Terrible Sales for Nedbank New Business Account

I app**** for a business account 3 weeks ago and received a call after a week from Tebatso who wanted me to travel from Hammanskraal to Montana just to open a Business account as other Branches do not have Business managers. I was promised that someone will call me to finalize the account, but no call. Had I registered with another bank i would already have my Business account. I requested CIPC to send all company details and nothing has been done. Is it incompetency or does no one there just care? If I am experiencing problems just opening a Business account what will happen in the future when I need help, as a bank must action queries in hours if not minutes.

I would never recommend them after this. Stay away.
