Terrible private banking experience

I received an SMS from Nedbank home loans advising that my debit order date will be changing to the 24th of the month. I contacted them and requested it remains on the last day of the month and they confirmed it(contacted them on two occasions) . I met my bank Catherine Khoza and she said as long as i contacted them it will be the debited on the last day. Nedbank debited me on the 24th before i got paid my salary in June, I escalated to my banker on email and again i got debited on the 24th July, I escalated again and was assured i will be debited on the last day of the month and in August i received an sms advising i will be debited on the 23rd and again escalated to my banker and it was sent to home loans. I still got debited on the 23rd of Agust 24 before my slary reflected in my accaount. If I didnt have an overdraft i would have been charged for the debit order bouncing and who gets paid on the 24th of a month ?? I responded to homeloans and my banker after i got got debited and I didnt even receive a call after advising ill only get help if i log a call on HelloPeter, just an email forwarded to someone else! Terrible service!
