Terrible packaging from Nedbank Avo!

Please could you NOT deliver items that are not properly packaged. I received an office chair that I ordered on Avo, that was simply in a plastic back and the chair legs were sticking out of the bag that was full of holes. This is unacceptable. If the chair is damaged during assembly, you will replace it!! Please take some pride!
