Terrible online application process

There is a lot of room for error on their online application. Because of this it decreased my credit score by 20 points cause consultants kept having to repeat the same process. I had to follow up the matter several times before getting the appropriate assistance. Unacceptable. I was considering moving banks but I have definitely gotten burnt by this one so I will stay put.
