Terrible old nedbank...

I hate Nedbank, worst app, worst bank, worst service and high bank charges.

The short story below is just the hair that broke the camels back.

They sent out an online survey on the 7th July 2026. I write this on the 27th August 2026.

The survey promised R35 in greenbucks when completed. I did the survey that took about 10 minutes. To this day I have not yet seen nedbank promise fulfilled, I have spoken to the consultants (IF EVER AVAILABLE) in the chat option in the APP and they are as useless as the bank itself. Avoid frustration, avoid nedbank
