Terrible Insurance Service

I put a claim through in April, to date no one has contacted us, I did email last month to see if there was an update as I had another issue to lodge, but no response . Their insurance side is actually bad, I feel like I should move over to Santam, they are on the ball compared to Nedbank for our business portfolio
