Terrible inconvenience

Very regularly unable to do Cash deposits on Nedbank's atms. On Sun, 3 Jan 2021 I went to the Mall of Africa, of the three atms one had the cash deposit option. I did but could only do one transaction after which the option became unavailable. Drove to Carlswald both atms there did not have the option to deposit cash. Please look into this and provide feedback.
