Terrible experience.

My aunt sent me money from England two weeks ago. It never showed and nobody has any answers. They constantly try to shift the blame. There's no one to talk to and no one who is actually willing to help. It is incredibly urgent funds and I made it very clear to them. The funds still hasn't shown. They're careless *******. I will never ever work with this bank ever again and urge anyone to stay as far away as possible.
