terrible experience

I have never had a terreble experienc with a high profile bank insttution like this one, and their staff are so useless and terreble interm of the assistance, i made and arrangment payment of R500 in 2019 and since last march i have been paying R2000 and i have been receiving calls from their staff everyday and with my understanding its seems they dont update on their systems that they calling me everyday and night and if i request my balance when i called no one is assistance busy transfer me circle and circle and told me that i am in debt counciling and i told them that i am not and now and they told me that the is an amount which its not showing. and busy adding money to my account i dont receive statement.
