Terrible exchange rate compare to other banks.

My husband and I sent money from our Tanzanian USD FNB banks accounts to South Africa at the same time. My husband banks with FNB and I with Nedbank. I send $500 more than my husband and he recieved R1500 more in his banks account than I did. I have email Nedbank all the proof and sent nemerous complaints and my issue is just not being resolved. My husband got an exchange rate of for R15. 69 to the dollar and I got R14. 29 to the dollar. This is an absolute disgrace of NEDBANK and it will not be tolerated. The complaint department has done absolutley nothing and this will not be tolerated. My whole family and will be leaving nedbank as most of us get paid in dollars. It is only right for customers working abroad to know how much commission nedbank takes for themselves. Let's see what Cart Blanch thinks about this.
