Terrible customer services, doesnt Value and care for its Clients

I am writing this review while I am booked for bed rest due to my pregnancy. On the 25 June i called Nedbank to notify them that i will be going on unpaid maternity leave for four months from 01 August till 30th November without pay except the monies which i will be receiving from UIF which at this stage i do not know how much will be . I asked and app**** for moratorium on my home loan account during this challenging and happy period of my life. My home account is up to date. I e-mailed the required document to The consultant Nthabiseng on the 12/07/16 and she asked me to send the further expenses break down documentation which I did send to her and when she rep**** to my e-mail that she is declined my application based on the reason that i have to pay R5000 every month. in my respond to her was that i won’t be able to pay the R5000 every which i do not have as not like i don’t want to pay my home loan account . It’s during this time of my pregnancy and maternity leave that i require a moratorium on my home loan account to be able to pay for my living expenses until i earn a full salary in December. Honestly i just found that Nedbank doesn’t care and do not show sympathy towards its clients all they need its money without considering the profile of the client as results i am considering to move my home loan after my maternity leave to a bank which will appreciate me and support me as a customer during my financial challenges. As a results as i have tried to make the arrangement with the bank early please note that the wont be funds on my accounts from August as a results since Nedbank is not willing to help me . I stay at home raise my child and deal with legal fees upon my return to work.
