TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEED TO CLOSE AN ACCOUNT!!

I have been trying to sort this problem out for 13 months now, phoning and emailing over and over, with no help at all! I am now sick & tired of this, I don't know what else I can do. I am so disappointed in Nedbank!!!!!

So the problem is that my sister passed away December 2021 and I was named her Executor. She had an account with Nedbank (Eastgate Sandton Branch), which I want to close. It still has a balance of about R1000 which I want to withdraw and close the account. But all consultants tell me I cannot do this!!!!! I have been told that I need to to go to the Magistrates Court in Bertrams to get all the necessary forms. I reside in Pretoria and don't really have the means of getting there. R1000 may sound like such a small amount, but to me, as a pensioner, it would really help me a lot!!! There have been bank charges deducted off this account for 13 months now, since I started asking for this account to be closed, which I want to be refunded to me!! Please, please someone help me.
