Terrible customer service-Nedbank Carlsward Midrand

Bad customer service-Carlswald *** Karabo Chokwe and his manager "Meganie Naidoo"are so unprofessional. I keep sending emails regarding the agreement with them regarding my cheque account and they are ignoring them, no feedback-nothing. Karabo doesn't deliver any of his promises regarding the charges reversal on my account. this has been going on since May 2019.

This is very annoying!
