Terrible Customer service from Nedbank

I am frustrated with Nedbank Home owners insurance, I put in a claim and no one is getting back to me. I have ben sending emails and no one is getting back to me. Last they send someone to do an inspection and that's over a week ago. No one is calling or emailing me on the progress of my claim
