Terrible customer service

I have been reporting a faulty Nedbank ATM located across the road from my house, which has been triggering its alarm every morning at around 5 AM. I understand that several other neighbours have also lodged complaints about this issue.

Despite the problem persisting for over a month, no action has been taken, and there has been no proper feedback or resolution from the relevant department. This ongoing noise pollution is negatively affecting our neighbourhood, yet Nedbank appears to be ignoring the matter.

The lack of response and accountability is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on the bank’s customer service.
