Terrible customer service

I have never come across a company that just don't care like MFC Nedbank You go onto their website to get assistance to find out the email does not exist or the sms line They don't even have a "call me back" option I wasted R100 airtime in beginning of Covid to be transferred from one agent to the next not getting any help and explaining my situation They don't even phone you back Very, very bad service for such a huge company
