Terrible Customer Service and No feedback on progress

Nedbank Personal loans provide extremely bad experience. I have not received an update from any consultant working on my application. Every time I call in, I am told that the application is with back office. Tomorrow would be day 3 but I am not even sure if the application is approved or declined. Nedbank please let me know the outcome and steps to follow. before COB today please. If the loan cannot be granted communicate this so I can move on.
